Affectees of sectarian clashes in Kurram decry delay in aid
SADDA, 5 February: Some of the tribesmen rendered homeless due to sectarian clashes in Shalozan Tangi area of Kurram Agency have complained that they have not received any assistance from the government or any other agency.
The affected people said the political administration had given them bank cheque numbers one and a half years ago, but they did not receive any aid. They said they are facing many difficulties and the government should come to their help without further delay.
Master Gul, an affected tribesman, told TNN that whenever he enquires about the status of the cheques a clerk tells him that their cheque book has been sent to the FATA Secretariat. “He makes different excuses every time and don’t give exact information about the status of our cheques,” he said.
When contacted, Political Agent Nek Muhammad told TNN that anyone who has problem in receiving compensation cheque can approach the administration for assistance. He said the administration has also set up a committee to facilitate the people in this regard.

“يونيم کال اوشو چيک ئي نه دے راکړے او چيک نمبر ئي راکړے، يو بابو ئي کينولي دے چي ورشو تري نه تپوس اوکو چي زمونږ چيکونه چرته دي هغه وائي ستاسو واله چيکونو کتاب سيکرټريټ ته تلي دے کله څه وائي او کله څه او صفا خبره راته نه کوي”
بلخواه ټي اين اين سره خبرو کښې پوليټکل ايجنټ نيک محمد ويلي دي چي چا ته هم دا رنګ مسله وي نو پوليټکل انتظاميه سره دي رابطه اوکړي او انتظاميي په دے لړ کښې يوه کميټي هم جوړه کړي ده۔
