PARACHINAR: Elders of Sherzai tribe announced that no one would be allowed to construct illegal homes and take a CNIC cards to create problems to the residents of the area.
They said this while addressing to Sherzai Jirga at Sateen area on Monday. Mualana Mir Akbar, Malik Yaqub Jan, Malik Raees Khan, Malik Lalmat Khan, Malik Gul Hashim and others spoke on the occasion.
They added that Afghan citizens and any other would not be allowed build illegal construction in the area and gets an illegal CNIC card to show that they belong to Sherzai tribe.
They added that illegal CNIC card holders were taking benefits from the governemtn and other organization with different tactics and legal residents of the Sherzai tribe were depriving from their rights despite that the political administration and high courts given statements in favor of Sherzai tribe.
They demanded from the high ups to take notice of the situation and give their due rights to Sherzai tribe in this regard.
