PARACHINAR: Tribal elder Malik Abdul Wali has demanded from the political administration to take strict action against the drug sellers because it destroying our youth. He added that there were centers of drug selling and this filthy business was on the way of development in Kurram and the political authority kept their eyes close towards it. He accused the political administration that some officials were taking bribe from these drug peddlers and they continue their business without any fear of the authorities. Kurram Social Forum President Shahid Chamkani said on the occasion that the drugs were easily available in the area which infected our youth and most of our youth were became drug addicts but unfortunately the authorities are not taking any action against these drug sellers because of their own profit in this regard, he added. While contacting the Assistant Political Agent (APA) Shahid Ali Khan commenting on the matter that political administration was taking strict action against the drug peddlers and arrested 54 persons who were busying in filthy drug business and it would be continue till the elimination of last drug sellers in the area because it destroying our youth mentally and physically, he claimed.
