150 women get training on making handicrafts in Nowshera

PESHAWAR, 20 March: The six-month training on making handicrafts to women by Rashid Hussain Foundation has concluded in Nowshera.

The concluding ceremony of the training course was organised in Pabbi on Saturday which was attended by former member of the National Assembly Jameela Gilani and other women from different walks of life. Suleman Yousafzai, head of Rashid Hussain Foundation, said in his speech that the organisation will make efforts to impart skills training to maximum deserving women in order to enable them to work at their homes to support their families. He said the Foundation imparts training to women in making clothes, purses, footwear and other hand-made items.

At the end of the ceremony, certificates were given to women who successfully completed the six-month training.

“We are very thankful to Rashid Hussain Foundation as it was a very beneficial training.
