PARACHINAR: Elders of Kurram Agency demanded to appoint qualified officials instead of diploma holders in development projects in FATA. This was said by elders of Kurram Agency while talking to The Frontier Post on Friday. Elders of area Malik Sulimat Shah and Malik Javed added that C&W, irrigation, public health, local government and other departments of Fata there were diploma holder\'s officials who were busy in corruption and creating problems to masses. They added that it was very unfortunate that scale eleven officials were working on 17 scales in Fata. They demanded to elected members of Fata and Fata secretariat to take notice of the matter and appoint qualified and experts youth on the major posts.
